Our Policies
Event Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that plans can change and unexpected things can come up. To keep things fair for everyone and to help us manage our small event space effectively, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations made 8 or more days before the event
If you cancel your booking 8 or more days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or full payment. We’re always happy to help you reschedule instead, should you wish to move your booking to a later date.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event
If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, unfortunately, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you have paid in full, we will refund the total amount minus the standard deposit fee for that event. This helps cover the costs and preparations already made based on your booking.
Drag Bingo
Drag Bingo events operate slightly differently. If you cancel 7 days or less before the event, your £5 per person ticket payment is non-refundable, as tickets are allocated in advance and often sell out quickly.
However, you’re welcome to transfer your tickets to a different date or to friend or family member if you can no longer attend — just let us know so we can update the booking.
Table Booking Policy
We’re always delighted when you choose to join us at Cassidy’s! To help us manage our small and welcoming space fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read through our table booking guidelines below.
Making a Booking
When getting in touch to reserve a table, please include the following details:

👥 Number of guests in your party
This helps us confirm your booking quickly and accurately.
Cancellations & Changes
If your plans change — whether you need to cancel or adjust your party size — please let us know as soon as possible.
As we’re a small venue, even small changes can make a big difference to how we set up and manage the evening. The more notice you can give, the better we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
Running Late?
We completely understand that things happen! If you’re running late, please give us a quick call or message to let us know.
Unless we hear from you, we can only hold your table for 20 minutes past your booking time before it’s released to walk-ins.
Saturday Bookings
Please note that we do not accept table bookings on Saturdays between 6pm – 9pm.
This is one of our busiest times, and we like to keep space open for walk-ins so everyone has a fair chance to join us for a drink.
Booking Availability
Due to our limited size, we only accept a set number of reservations each night.
This helps ensure there’s always room for spontaneous visits and walk-ins — which we love just as much!
Live Music & Performance Nights
On nights when we have live music or special performances, tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
We don’t take bookings for these evenings to keep things relaxed, fair, and open for everyone who wants to enjoy the show.
